Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a building-wide systems approach to establishing the social culture and behavioral supports needed in a school in order for all children to achieve both social and academic success.  It is a national and state level initiative that provides support to local school districts through the Illinois PBIS Network.  It is NOT a packaged curriculum, but a systems approach that defines core elements that can be achieved through a variety of strategies.
