As you know, we are experiencing issues with our technology systems that affect email, BusinessPLUS and eSchool, among other critical tools.
The good news: We have identified the root cause of our issues, and the problem is contained. A new, aggressive virus that was largely dormant for several weeks – until recently – went undetected by virus scanners.
What's happening now: We're working with Microsoft to scan and clean our servers. Our priority is getting email, BusinessPLUS and eSchool up and running as quickly as possible. We have staff working around the clock to make this happen. Right now, the server for users with last names M-Z is sporadic; again, we're working to get that fixed as quickly as possible.
How you can help: Do not click on any strange emails or emails from unknown senders. Do not download any attachments from unknown senders.
We sincerely apologize for the issues and the frustration they are causing. We will provide more information as soon as it is available.
Staff are encouraged to check the System Outages page on the Technology Services intranet.
