There is an antidote to senioritis for students of the Rockford Public Schools. It’s called Capstone, and the kickoff event was held Wednesday morning at the Discovery Center Museum. The Capstone is a class for RPS 205 high school seniors. Read more about the Capstone kickoff on the RPS 205 blog.
All Rockford Public Schools will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 23, because of the severe weather.
RPS 205 Administrators are monitoring the weather and will make a decision in the morning whether to cancel school on Wednesday, Jan. 23.
All after-school activities in Rockford Public Schools are canceled today because of anticipated severe weather and poor road conditions.
Students who live in any RPS 205 attendance zone are welcome to complete an application.
Parents/guardians of children who will be 5 on or before Sept. 1 can visit the Welcome Center, 501 7th St., to enroll.
