We finished our first full week at Camp No Other Person Like You! Students at Cherry Valley Elementary School have focused on getting to know themselves and their feelings, as well as each other. They have used cool apps on the iPads to create selfies and videos.
Green screen fun is in full effect! The students used the green screen to create their "happy place." They inserted themselves in their own drawings through this technology.
In the classroom, the teachers and students are using technology to keep a digital journal of their summer camp experiences as well as create "All About Me" presentations. We are learning math and literacy using Edgenuity and other tools that our wonderful teachers have found for their students.
We can't wait to see what the next week of camp brings. We will learn about managing others through working and playing with each other.
We anticipate this process will speed up in the coming days.
