Hi! I’m Lauren Zuzevich and I am a ninth grade student
in Auburn High School’s CAPA Program. One of my CAPA arts classes is concert choir,
and I am beyond excited for our performance at Carnegie Hall in May!
Not only will this be my first trip to New York, but this trip will involve
many beneficial performance and learning opportunities for a young artist like
myself! I can't wait to see musicals in New York because I've loved musical
theatre forever, and New York is the home of Broadway. We are also visiting the
Museum of Modern Art which is very exciting for me, because I am very
passionate about visual art. Staying in Times Square will be a fun experience
with my choir friends.
Unfortunately with a trip as big as this, the cost is very high. This is an
amazing opportunity for our program and community. Donating any amount of money
will get us closer to an unforgettable performance at Carnegie Hall. Please
help our Auburn CAPA Choirs get to New York City and donate at www.capachoir.com/donate.
