 Continuous Improvement

​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Continuous Improvement Department leads implementation of the Strategic Plan, which drives progress in the Rockford Public Schools. The department uses the tools of school improvement and process improvement to support staff, highlight district priorities and help students.​​
