Mr. Jimenez has found great ways to get his students at RESA engaged in his math
lessons. He has brought in online tools such as Prodigy Math Game to customize the
types of practice students receive. He also focuses on getting students to work
together in teams. The students bounce ideas off each other and help each other
learn. All this takes place in an environment where 100 percent of his students
are English-language learners.
