This school year fifth graders in International Club worked in pairs to
research and present water pollution problems that affect peers in other places.
The Marshall students also mastered the names of other
countries to understand our global neighbors. Each month the club invited guest
speakers from other countries to introduce their different cultures. More than
30 RPS 205 students attended the Rockford University
International Food Festival and enjoyed dances from different ethnic
groups. We welcome next year’s
fifth graders to join us Wednesdays for Mustang Time International Club. Marshall
sixth, seventh and eighth graders are welcome to join us after school on
Thursdays for International Club. Please email me with questions, email@example.com.
RPS 205 phone lines will be down for routine maintenance.
A limited number of bricks are in a pile outside the construction fence at the intersection of Union and Third streets, first come, first served.
Students and staff will promote several fundraisers in the coming months to raise money for the trip.
Rockford Public Schools recently received the 2019 Golden Achievement Award from the National School Public Relations Association for the district's multimedia platform, the 205 VIBE.
The Rockford School Board has selected June Stanford to fill the board vacancy in Subdistrict G.
