Rockford Public Schools employees who work in the Administration Building, Transportation and Operations Support Center meet quarterly in what is called the Downtown Leadership Club. One portion of the meeting involves employees recognizing or giving "shoutouts" to their colleagues for living the values of our organization: character, collaboration, communication and continuous improvement.
